Why Do So Many Romantic Relationships Fail?

Humans are, from birth, innately social beings; we need intimacy and relationships with others. This is built into our genetic code. At birth, we need our caretakers to survive and this need, while more mature, carries forward into adulthood.

Whether single or married, young or old, gay or straight, we all need to love and to be loved. While an adult can survive alone, being healthy and happy requires being in relationship with others. Most of us desire a fulfilling life partnership.

But… Our attempts at finding lasting love seem to fail so often- 50% of marriages end (the same odds as flipping a coin), 67% of second marriages end, and these are the partnerships that were promised with marriage vows. Cohabitating singles fail at partnering at astronomical rates, some 10 times that of married couples. So

whether single or precommitted:

I will teach you HOW TO SAVE YOUR RELATIONSHIP BEFORE IT STARTS!

Singles

  • Tired of the same old dating scene?
  • Tired of rolling the dice when it comes to finding love?
  • Tired of repeating the same pattern in your relationships?

  • Not sure how to proceed in finding your Life partner?
  • Have you given up the search, sure that the "one" is not out there?
  • Do you seem to be repeating the same old patterns, choosing the same relationship again and again?

Check out the Singles Learning Center for more information.

precommitted relationship
You are in a precommitted relationship if you are dating exclusively or are cohabitating. Precommitted couples are in the between stage, not yet married and yet in an exclusive relationship.

  • Not sure if the person you are with is your soul mate?
  • Having doubts about moving forward?
  • Want to be sure this is "the one".

If married:

I will teach you what it takes to MAKE IT WORK!

A committed partnership, ideally should meet our emotional, physical, and spiritual needs. But romantic connections are sometimes hard to navigate and understand. Being in love can be wonderful when it is working, confusing and debilitating when not.

  • Feeling unfulfilled and misunderstood?
  • Feeling like there must be more to marriage?
  • Wondering how to "reinvigorate your relationship?"
